About V-Lab
It is a digital garage for Change Leaders to test their audacious platform/program ideas. The lab helps organizations understand and reframe the problem, define their hypotheses, design interactions, develop a prototype and test it in their ecosystem. It is a process of continuous learning and improvement.
Domains
The lab will focus on problems in Education, Health, Livelihood, Equity and Climate.
Responsibility:
Initiate, coordinate and track all the activities of the V-Lab
Monitor progress and outcomes of all digital prototypes
Harvest learnings and findings and drive continuous process improvements
Create and publish all V-Lab assets
Enable new/prospective participants with V-Lab processes and methods
Nurture communities of new and existing V-Lab practitioners by enabling them to share and learn from each other
Skills:
Must have experience working in social sector issues
A good understanding of the above mentioned domains
Good at program management
Excellent communicator with a passion for community and network orchestration
Understands digital technologies and adept at using digital tools for tracking & planning
Desired qualification
Graduate with at least 8-12 years of relevant experience; A good blend of program management, community management and experience working in the social sector.
